16th Meeting of the Health Technology Assessment Network of the Americas (RedETSA)

Representatives from 38 health technology assessment (HTA) institutions across 19 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean will gather on June 13 and 14 in Buenos Aires for the 16th Meeting of the Health Technology Assessment Network of the Americas (RedETSA)

The RedETSA members' meeting is a closed event.

On Saturday June 14th free, open, in-person workshops will be held by RedETSA members and partners. The topics covered include:

  • Approaches to assess the impact of health technologies on equity, led by the RedETSA Equity Group, RedARETS, Argentina (in the morning)
  • GRADE for Network Meta-Analysis, led by PAHO and GRADE Southern Cone (in the morning)
  • Using the RedETSA Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Report Adaptation Tool, led by the Adaptation Group of RedETSA, CUFAR, Argentina & UDELAR, Uruguay (in the afternoon)
  • Advances and challenges in economic evaluations, and their application in hedging decisions, led by IECS, Argentina, with the participation of Michael Drummond, University of York (in the afternoon)

The workshops will be taught in Spanish, except for the last one, which will be held in both Spanish and English with interpretation.

  • Saturday, June 14, 2025, Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center, San Martín 1225.
  • Morning, 9am-12:30pm and afternoon, 2pm-5:30pm.
