Climate change is now expected to lead to several deleterious impacts on planet earth such as rising sea levels, extreme weather events, the loss of biological diversity, and perhaps most importantly for the world’s poor nations, which tend to be located in the hotter parts and are disproportionately agrarian, a loss of agricultural productivity.
